The car of rotary type is intended for spill of syrup in bottles before spill of sparkling water. Productivity nominal 6000th quarrystone/hour. The machine design provided system "there is no bottle – there is no filling" which provides flood of a product only in the presence of bottles under packing cartridges. A way of dispensing – on volume. Each batcher has a possibility of regulation of a dose ranging from 100 to 300 ml. All elements of the car having contact with a product are made of food stainless steels. These materials are neutral to all packed-up products and the washing solutions, do not influence quality of a product. The covering of the case of the car is made of stainless steel and plexiglas
Electronic control system — the Zelio microprocessor of Schneider Electric firm with direct programming and non-volatile memory.
The car drive — the programmable frequency Altivar converter of Schneider Electric firm with smooth adjustment of speed and dynamic braking. Provides smooth (with the set acceleration) launch of the machine and regulation of speed in the course of work. The set productivity of the car is displayed on the display.
