Ultrasonic flowmeters of Elmetro, Portaflow.

The ultrasonic flowmeter gives the chance to measure the volume or a volume expense of liquid and gaseous products in production cycles. The ultrasonic gas flowmeter Elmetro-Wad Dra measuring nitrogen, argon, natural or other gas can work as it is autonomous, and in a complex with the considering devices. The ultrasonic gas flowmeter of Elmetro-SGU is the integral system determining physical parameters (pressure, temperature, an expense), which is based on an ultrasonic gas flowmeter Elmetro-Wad Dra. Especially it is necessary to allocate the ultrasonic flowmeter of portaflow 330 allowing to carry out measurements without violation of integrity of the equipment. The ultrasonic flowmeter of portaflow 330 fastens from outer side of a pipe. The ultrasonic flowmeter of portaflow 330, depending on converter type, can be established on pipelines with a diameter of 13 - 115 mm, the 50-2000th and 1500-5000th. Portaflow 330 works with the products having temperature from-20 to +200 °C (from-20 to +80 °C when using the sensor D).

The ultrasonic gas flowmeter Elmetro-Wad Dra is a linear converter of the expenses or volumes which passed on a pipe of gases in an electrosignal 4 … 20ma or in a signal of the RS-485 protocol (Modbus RTU).

 The ultrasonic gas flowmeter of Elmetro-SGU intends:

with the installed ultrasonic converter Elmetro-Wad Dra – for definition of expenses and volumes of gases;

to determine temperature with an accuracy of ±0,5% with use of the sensor of temperature or the TSM thermoconverter;

to measure pressure with the mistake which is not exceeding ±0,25%.
