UBZ-115 relay control

UBZ-115 is intended for protection of single-phase asynchronous electric motors with power up to 5,5 kW (25A).

The device provides a constant control of parameters of the mains voltage and current consumed by the engine.

The external entrance for remote start or a stop of the engine, and function of "smooth start-up" of the engine till 5 seconds is provided in UBZ-115.

Installation of starting and working capacity is made directly in the device case.

UBZ-115 provides protection in the following situations:

• low-quality mains voltage;
• the mechanical overloads of the engine (determined by the current consumed by the engine);
• disappearance of loading on an engine shaft ("the dry course");
• the tightened start-up or blocking of a rotor;
• thermal overload (thermal model of the engine).

On each type of protection permission or a ban of the automatic repeated inclusion (ARI) of the engine is possible.
