The two-shaft betonosmesitel consists of the motionless case in which two horizontal shaft with the shovels and scraper blades fixed on them are placed. Shaft are connected among themselves by shaft synchronizer for protection of the drive.

Loading of components of concrete mix is carried out in the skip hoist, the skip is supplied with a ground lock. The drive of a skip is carried out from the winch of 18,5 kW, the winch is equipped with the built-in electrobrake. Betonosmesitel can be established at any height.

The drive from two electric motors "-Siemens" - on 18,5 kW everyone (37 kW the general power) through a belt drive "-Optibelt" - equipped with a casing, and two planetary reducers "-Likedrive"-. Speed of rotation of mixing shaft of 32 turns minute. The case of a two-shaft betonosmesitel is revetted with wearproof armor of scaly type from within. The armor is replaceable, fastens on screws. The armor of scaly type consisting of elements allows to change only the worn-out part of armor that facilitates repair and service. Unloading of ready concrete mix from a two-shaft betonosmesitel is made through a window in the case bottom closed by a sector lock with a double pneumatic actuator "-SMC"-.
