Two-component loaders

Such task often arises in need of addition of a certain percent of secondary raw materials (droblenka) to the basic.

Usually these two components mix separately and give from the general capacity, however at such way it is difficult to provide observance even of an approximate proportion of materials and uniformity of the given mix.

Unlike the standard vacuum loader the two-component KOCH Technik vacuum loader has two (!) soaking-up branch pipes: for reception of the main material and for - the second component. Inside there is an operated valve which serially opens one, other reception opening. Observance of a proportion of reception of each material is provided with time of opening of the valve which is set on the loader panel.

Thus, the dosed giving of two types of raw materials guaranteeing observance of the set proportions and uniformity of mix, coming to processing is provided.

• quick disconnect connections allow to sort or open all parts of the device without use of the special tool and dismantle;
• the modular design gives the chance to combine various systems of giving/dispensing/mixing of raw materials under specific objectives;
• automatic cleaning of the filter of the loader ensures long functioning of the device without stopping on carrying out scheduled works;
• glass inserts or completely the case from the tempered glass are recommended to be used for supply of steklonapolnenny materials;
• two-component loaders allow to give two materials (for example, primary and secondary), observing the set proportions.
