Turpentine zhivichny GOST 1571-82 (oil terpentinny) represents a product of processing of pine crude turpentine. On a chemical composition zhivichny turpentine represents mix of terpenic hydrocarbons with the general formula C10H16, their derivative terpenic alcohols, products of oxidation and hydrogenation.
It is applied as raw materials to organic synthesis, solvent in various branches of a national economy.
