Structure of THEM magnetic-pulse installation following: power block, control panel, cable of management, high-voltage coaxial cables, set of executive mechanisms, connecting boxes.
Principle of action. The power block generates a powerful impulse of current in an inductor winding. The magnetic field of the inductor created by this current induces a current impulse in the plate established near the inductor. As a result of the interaction of pulse currents proceeding on a winding of the inductor and induced in a plate, the plate makes pulse mechanical impact on the cleared surface that leads to emergence of local elastic deformation in the cleared surface, and in the thickness of the stuck material - to emergence of tension of shift. Joint action of these processes breaks integrity of a layer of the stuck material, destroys adhesion of material to the cleared surface and leads to its cleaning.
