Structure: Anticorrosive composition on the basis of high-disperse powder of zinc and polyurethane varnish with addition of hardener. The composition forms tsinkopoliuretanovy covering of atmospheric drying on the covered surface.
Appointment: The composition tsinkpoliuretanovy is intended for corrosion protection of the metal, concrete and steel concrete building constructions operated:
- in atmospheric conditions of all types of the atmosphere in accordance with GOST 15150-69;
- in sea and sweet water;
- in crude oil, gasoline and other oil products.
Industrial application: Products from soft steels: construction and industrial metalwork, equipment, hydroconstructions, bridges, body of vessels, port constructions, equipment of the chemical and petrochemical industry.
Use options:
a) as independent covering;
b) as primer under coating;
c) for repair of zinc metallic coatings.
Properties: · durability - 10-15 years (at observance of the instruction for application and in the absence of covering bruises);
· full water tightness;
· high coating strength, resistance to mechanical, electric and electrostatic loadings, and also to vibration;
· excellent chemical resistance to sea water, acids, alkalis, aggressive gases (including exhaust), to alcohol, oil, gasoline, oils and other fuels and lubricants;
· own chemical inertness;
· broad temperature range of operation - from -30 °C to +150 °C, resistance to temperature drops;
· high fire resistance, in view of ability to self-attenuation;
· resistance to defeat by fungus, moss, mold and insects;
· high elasticity (200%) and, as a result, almost total absence of cracking and flaking of covering;
· lack of discolourations on the sun, in view of resistance to ultra-violet radiation;
· very fast drying: no more than 3 hours, the smell after drying completely is absent;
· lack of smudges even on vertical surface.
· the covering is fireproof and belongs to the materials which are not extending flame on surface.
