Advantages of floatation installation
Process continuity, wide range of application, small capital and operational expenditure, the simple equipment, selectivity of precipitation of impurities, in comparison with upholding a high speed of process, and also a possibility of receiving slime of lower humidity, high extent of cleaning (95 - 98%), a possibility of recovery of the deleted substances. Flotation is followed by aeration of sewage, decrease in concentration surfactant and the easily oxidized substances, bacteria and microorganisms.
Stations of local cleaning of drains, in structure which applied floatation installation well proved to be on meat-processing plants, molzavoda, oil refineries.
The station of local cleaning of drains gives the chance of reverse use of water in production and increases extent of cleaning before production of the production purified sewage in reservoirs.
Floatation installation is made according to the specification of the customer (the volume of drains of m cube/hour, degree of impurity of production drains)

For increase of extent of cleaning installation can work with introduction of the coagulants and flokulyant raising extent of cleaning.
Installation can will be applied in a complex with other equipment:
- reagent mixers
- in reagent knots for input of reagents pumps batchers
- the filter pressure head - self-washing
- sand trap of continuous action
- a separator, for separation of firm fraction from liquid
in parallel, it is consecutive also in the mixed schemes for increase of productivity and extent of cleaning of drains.
