Transformers of the TMPN, TMPNG series with primary voltage of 6, 10 kV

Three-phase oil transformers of the TMPN, TMPNG series with primary voltage of 6,10 kV are intended for transformation of the electric power as a part of the complete transformer substations feeding submersible electric pumps of oil production. Transformers can be operated in the conditions of moderated (from plus 40 to minus 45 °C) or cold (from plus 40 to minus 60 °C) climate.

Environment is inexplosive, not containing dust in the concentration reducing parameters of products in inadmissible limits. Transformers are not intended for work in the conditions of jolting, vibration, blows, in chemically active environment. Installation height above sea level no more than 1000 m.

Nominal frequency is 50 Hz. The scheme and group of connection of windings - U/Un-0.

Regulation of tension is carried out on completely switched-off transformer (PBV).

Transformers, except TMPNG-403/6-UHL1, are calculated on work in two modes:

- power supply of submersible electric motors;
- food of a repair feeder (tension of 0,4 kV - TMPN, 0,384 kV - TMPNG-1000/6-UHL1, 0,383 kV - TMPNG-1000/10-UHL1).

At TMPN transformers inputs of VN are located on a tank wall, inputs of NN - on a tank cover. In the TMPNG-403/6-UHL1 transformer inputs of BH and HH are located on a tank sidewall, in the 1000 kVA transformers - on a cover.

TMPN transformers - with maslorasshiritel, the internal volume of transformers is reported with air.

The TMPNG-403/6-UHL1 transformer - tight execution, without maslorasshiritel in a rigid tank. Temperature changes of volume of oil are compensated by "airbag".

TMPNG-1000/6-UHL1 transformers, TMPNG-1000/10-UHL1 - tight execution, without maslorasshiritel in a gofrobaka. Temperature changes of volume of oil are compensated by change of volume a corrugation due to their plastic deformation.

For convenience of movement transformers are completed with transport rollers.

For measurement of temperature of the top butter layers the sleeve for installation of the thermometer is provided in transformers.
