Transformers TSZGL power dry series

Arrangement of input-outputs: inputs of VN settle down in a casing for connection by a cable, conclusions of NN can settle down in a casing for connection by a cable, or are brought to a transformer roof for connection by tires; with NN conclusions located on the lateral (narrow) face of a casing, conclusions of VN are executed for connection by a cable in a casing. With power from 100 to 2500 kVA are issued and are intended for work in electric networks of consumers of the electric power of alternating current with a nominal frequency of 50 Hz. Are established in industrial rooms and public buildings to which increased requirements regarding fire safety are imposed, on explosion proofness, ecological purity.
TSZGL transformers are issued on the rated voltage of primary winding of 6 or 10 kV. The rated voltage of a secondary winding is 0,4 kV. Scheme and group of connection of windings U/Un-0 or D/Un-11.
TSZGL transformers are fireproof, possess high resistance to influence of efforts of short circuit, are simple in service and are environmentally friendly. A heat stability class - F (155 °C). Degree of protection of IP21.
For isolation of windings the epoxy compound with a quartz filler is used (geafol). Geafol does not exert an adverse effect on environment, does not emit toxic gases even at influence of arc categories. In addition windings are strengthened by fiber glass fabric that excludes emergence of cracks in an epoxy compound even at an overload of transformers. Thanks to such isolation of a winding do not demand maintenance.
Transformers can work in the networks subject to storm and switching retension, have the low noise level, high resistance to KZ currents.
Transformers ecologically are also fireproof, can be installed in the places demanding the increased safety (the subway, mines, movie theaters, residential and public buildings) in places with increased requirements to environmental protection (water intaking stations, sports constructions, resort areas), at the industrial enterprises, iron and steel works, chemical productions, power plants in close proximity to the center of loading that allows to avoid the costs connected with construction of substations provides economy of distributive tires and cables of a low voltage, reduces in them losses of the electric power.
Regulation of tension to ±5% is carried out by steps of 2,5% on completely switched-off transformer (PBV) by shift of crossing points.
For protection against an overheat transformers complete with the device of thermal protection operated by the thermistors which are built in NN windings.
Transformers are intended for work in rooms, in the conditions of a temperate climate (from +40 °C to -45 °C). Relative humidity of air of 75% at 15 °C. Environment - inexplosive, does not contain dust in the concentration worsening parameters of products in inadmissible limits. Installation height above sea level no more than 1000 m.
