Kepek Fırçası - ВЫМОЛЬНАЯ МАШИНА

It is used to separate the flour which is stuck to bran during the last stage of milling process in the flour mills by flapping.

The product is conveyed to allaround of a stainless steel made perforated sieve section where a rotor exists.

The separation process is made by means of a speedily rotating rotor with angular formed blades. The product is thrown onto the perforated sieve and flour passes through the sifter stomas and diverted intoa bunker which isconnected to flour chamber. Considering the bran particles are bigger than the sifter stomas, the bran particles stay in the sifter drum and are discharged by dragging.

The machine is equipped by an Alapala patentedcentrical adjusting mechanizm which adjusts the speed of productto obtain optimum values and the best efficieny.

The Machine consists of two main structures. The first structure is main body which consists of flour chamber, two large covers at both sides, flour discharging bunker and product intakes/ discharging outlets.

The second part is rotor installed in sturdy ball bearing system, with angular fixed blades, perforated drum
