It depends on ratio of the metal and nitrogen given on covering. The covering is made by titanium nitride in special cameras and has the thermal diffusion nature. At high temperature titanium and nitrogen react near surface of the covered product and diffuzirut in structure of metal.
Titanium nitride is superconductor. At temperature, on several thousand shares of degree exceeding temperature of point of absolute zero it turns into superinsulator — material with infinitely high electric resistivity. This fact has been determined by the international group of scientists which has found also theoretical explanation for this surprising phenomenon.
