Our thermal oil heaters offer ecologically and economically the best options for extraction of thermal energy from grid-iron dust and a pyleulavlivaniye, and also for restoration of thermal energy as the heating copper located below on a current from thermal processes. With organic and synthetic heat carriers the received energy becomes available to the corresponding consumers. The design of installation is based on requirements, type of the heat carrier and character of solid fuel, specific to process. In effect, one distinguishes three types:

  • The heater in a design of a membrane wall
  • The heater with a part of radiation radiation and a twisting convective part
  • 3rd a chasovy thermal copper with the reeled-up coils

For satisfaction of high safety requirements and availability all our systems are equipped with expense monitors for individual protection of all parallel threads.

This heater looks as boiler radiation. A radiating part consists of a design of a membrane wall (a tubular tube) in which radiant heat is transferred from combustion gas to heat-transmitting oil. Meandrovidny convection heating surfaces optimum use energy of combustion gas in the following heating trains. This design allows to combine a lattice and a pyleulavlivaniye for achievement of an exit of hot gas to 100 MW. Thanks to big heating a part of heat can be taken through thermal oil, and the rest is available to other processes. For optimum control it can also be provided baypas combustion gases.

Thanks to separate radiant and convection heating surfaces this type of a design provides optimal variants of adaptation both from the point of view of technological processes, and from the point of view of space. The radiant heater optimized by burning is executed in the form of the bobbin coil and revetted with suitable fire-resistant materials for ensuring high availability and long service life at low operational costs. The convection section below on a stream is designed according to estimated fuel and style of driving of system. The Meandrovy heating coils manufactured of simple tubes easily are cleared by stationary blowers of compressed air and reach high concentration of a surface of heating.

The heating surfaces of this heater are used as holodnognuty spiral coils for all temperatures of exhaust gases. Especially accurate definition of a stream of this design gives advantages, especially when thermal energy has to be transferred by ardent radiation (for example, built in the rust combustion chamber). For prevention of deposits in the 2nd and 3rd trains we use stationary systems of cleaning of a surface of heating. A preferable scope for such device are installations for burning which use natural fuel.
