The deaerator of atmospheric pressure of the YES series is a two-level device which intends for removal of corrosion and aggressive gases (oxygen and free carbonic acid) from feedwater of boilers and make-up water of systems of heat supply.
Deaeration is called process of removal of water of the gases dissolved in it. Principle of operation of the deaerator
In deaerators the two-level scheme of decontamination is applied: jet and bubbling.
The water flows which are subject to deaeration move in the deaerator. Water heats up to temperature which a little less than temperature of saturation that allows to remove gases, and steam turns into condensate and is taken away in an accumulator tank. Process of decontamination comes to the end in an accumulator tank where there is a removal from water of small vials of gas at the expense of a sediment.
