The vacuum filter for purification of FTO-60 vegetable oil

Oil filtration:

• The oil received after the UEP - 150 installation arrives on a sediment.
• After cooling of oil temperatures 18 - 20 are lower. With and a sediment within 6 - 8 hours in oil there is a formation of large particles of the consisting of vosk and phosphatic and proteinaceous connections.
• At this stage for acceleration oil sedums from mechanical impurity, vosk and so forth it can be subjected to a compulsory filtration on the vacuum FTO - 60 filter.
  The oil which is subject to a filtration is filled in in the top part of each of two filtering tanks of FTO - 60 and gets on the filtering partition dividing each tank into two cavities.
  In the lower cavity by means of the vacuum pump depression is created and because of pressure difference arising at the same time oil filters through the filtering partition from the top cavity into lower.
  After thin cleaning vegetable oil is suitable for packaging.
