The universal machine for polishing of punches and matrixes

For appropriate and durable operation of the tool, if necessary (as a rule everyone ~ 30-50 thousand blows) are carried out repolishing of the tool. I will eat material makes 0,1 mm. In case repolishing was not carried out in time, use of the tool leads to emergence of an agnail, and also I will eat material when repolishing already will become much bigger that will lead to reduction of service life of the tool.

The machine is rather simple in development and is, as a rule, used directly by the operator of a coordinate and penetrative press.
