The traction DTRN 45/27 electric motor for contact miner electric locomotives

Advantages of our production:

1. Use of modern materials in electric motors allowed to increase a resource of operation of electric motors till 8000 o'clock, power in short - term load on average of 3 - 5 kw of each type of the electric motor, maximum - permissible excess of temperature of parts of electric motors in relation to air temperature for an anchor winding to 120C; for an excitement winding to 155 s.
2. Application of new technologies of exact molding of cases allowed to reduce the weight of cases.
3. In DTRN series electric motors the shaft is made of a steel forging that allows to increase the hardness of the applied gross steel significantly.
4. The element for measurement of temperature which are established in a winding of excitement is installed in electric motors of the DTRN series and are intended for control of temperature of the electric motor.
5. Overall dimensions of electric motors are defined to the sizes, their installation sites in mine electric locomotives of various modifications.
