Press roller briquetting modes. 22M is a structure type Housingless, all major components are mounted on a single frame, which makes transportation and installation of the press.
Main components of the press: two work rolls with cushions, a charging device, the device pressing rollers press and protection against overload, the press drive.
Press the drive and boot device is assembled on a common frame. The work rolls mounted in bearing supports and secured to the frame. Driven roller is fixedly secured, the driven roller may be moved by a certain amount in excess of a predetermined compression force. The rollers are interconnected by means of mechanical clamping devices (previously clamped packets of disc springs mounted in a cylindrical housing) or hydraulic type (hydraulic cylinders). The charging device is equipped with a damper, which provides uniform and controlled flow of charge to the rolls. The drive media has security features to prevent breakage at random overloads. For the protection of press assemblies and parts from possible damage during accidental overloads, the drive presses provide security elements.
