The knot of loading, sorting and the dosed giving of raw materials includes:

- a feeder batcher with a lifting tray.

The feeder batcher is intended for reception of biomass from self - dumping vehicles and its dosed giving on the unit conveyor. The feeder consists of a lifting tray, the conveyor, and a hydraulic system.

The tray is executed in the form of a welded design from the pro - thinned - out leaf and bent channels. By means of an arm, the tray is sharnirno fixed on a conveyor frame. The conveyor also includes a cloth of scraper type, the lower giving bitter and the screw conveyor. Speed of movement of a cloth changes by means of the ratchet mechanism. Between sidewalls of the conveyor the top (otboyny) bitter with the changeable height of installation concerning a cloth is mounted. The drive of bitters, the screw conveyor and a cloth of the conveyor is carried out from one electric motor.

The hydraulic system of a feeder includes an oil tank, the pump with the driving electric motor, lifting hydraulic cylinders and oil pipelines.
