The sprayer is self-propelled high-clearance

The sprayer is intended for chemical protection of field crops, and also for superficial introduction of liquid mineral fertilizers.

Sprayer type – self-propelled with a bar of spatial type, equipped with pendular system of copying of a relief, with a possibility of a compulsory bias. Stability of a bar is provided with shock-absorbers.

It is equipped with working brake system of disk type and the independent parking brake.

The size of a track is regulated besstupenchato from 1 800 to 2 400 mm. Clearance not less – 1 300 mm.
Height of installation of a bar concerning the soil of 500 - 2 100 mm. The bar is equipped with four-position sprays of revolving type (on a corrosion-proof tube) with a step of arrangement of 500 mm.

Frame design of a bar and the chassis are protected by a three-layer polymeric corrosion-resistant coating that allows to prevent hit under the pollution any covering providing resistance, durability and tolerance of a design to adverse conditions.

The sprayer is equipped with the computer, Teejet 844E (USA) which operates all processes concerning processing. The special software allows to operate sections taking into account the chosen way, and also to operate consistently several sections or semi-bars.

The navigation system allows to watch a full covering we process the areas, and in a complex with the computer prevents imposing of introduction of chemicals.

The hydraulic system of a sprayer provides smooth regulation of work of kinematics of a bar.

Control of all systems of work of a sprayer is exercised from a cabin.

Capacity tanks – 2 500 l., a tank for washing of system of 150 l. and washing of hands of 20 l. Mixer capacity for preparation of working solution not less – 30 l. Mixers hydraulic injector type. Capacities are made of fibreglass that provides their maintainability. Are characterized by a combination of high resistance to corrosion, chemical and mechanical influence.

The sprayer is equipped membranno – the piston pump ANNOVI REVERBERI AR-250 (Italy), with a productivity of 250 l/min. A consumption of working liquid when spraying 100 – 400 l/hectare, at introduction of liquid mineral fertilizers 100 – 600 l/hectare.
The basic complete set of a sprayer switched on the on-board computer (navigator) having the software allowing to form the digital map of the field.

The sprayer in addition can be equipped with the Boompilot system (trim of sections).

The necessary norm of a vyliv is supported by the computer and does not depend on the speed of the movement of a sprayer.

The working system of a sprayer is equipped with a four-stage filtration of working liquid that ensures long-term functioning of the pump and the equipment.
