The Sokratitelny unit with PG feeder

The SA Sokratitelny unit with the PG shaker feeder is intended for uniform adjustable supply and reduction of geological tests of rocks and ores, by their preparation for analytical researches. Use of the equipment is regulated by the corresponding state standard specifications.

Test moves evenly from a feeder of PG and through discharge opening gets to an intake of a sokratitel.

The intake consists of a probosbornik, probopriyemnik, the motor reducer, in bulk, a free wheel and a bearing block. The motor reducer transfers rotation to a probosbornik in whom five removable probopriyemnik are established. Three probopriyemnik have identical volume - on 1/4 parts of initial test. Two probopriyemnik have identical volume - on 1/8 parts of initial test; in one of them the splitter which divides it into two shares is installed, providing reduction of test from 1/8 to 1/80 due to movement of a partition.
