The roller press WSP-24 for granulating fertilizers.

Press WSP-24 fits in the flow chart "briquetting-crushing-screening" and is an important link in the line for the production of granular fertilizers.

In the process of forging equipment for the production of briquettes from mineral fertilizers , in the Institute of Ferrous Metallurgy of NASU (HMI), a special methodology of "full cycle": from laboratory studies of the properties of the charge to be briquetted, before drawing up the technological design assignment briquette production, development and production of roll presses with the required specifications.

The HMI created a fundamentally new design roller press Housingless type briquetting wide range of small fraction of materials and, above all,  for the production of briquettes from fertilizers.

• Housingless is a structure type, wherein all the units are mounted on a single frame for easy transportation and installation;
