The relay of protection of the 3 phase RZD-3F engine on a Din-lath

Appointment:

Relays of protection of the engine are intended for protection of the electric motors fed from a 3 phase network in absence cases at least to one of phases, power failures, asymmetries of tension, break of a zero wire, excess of temperature of the engine.

Action:
If the fed tension and temperature of the engine within norm, then contacts of the executive mechanism (relay) are closed, and on the contactor's coil (the magnetic actuator) tension operating its inclusion moves. In case of one of above-mentioned emergencies contacts of the relay are disconnected, and the contactor is disconnected. Shutdown of the engine on the temperature sensor happens instantly during 0,2 sec. after RZD-3F records engine temperature higher than 60 degrees. Protection against the wrong parameters of a power line works with a delay in 3 sec., - for prevention of casual shutdown of the contactor (the magnetic actuator engine) at short-term malfunctions in a network. Inclusion happens automatically after restoration of parameters of a network and temperature range of the engine permitted for work.
