Making low - fat cottage cheese

From 1000l of milk with m. we get:

Cream with m. 20% - 170l

separation: skim milk - 830l - skimmed cottage cheese 136 kg

Cream with m. 10% - 340l

separation: skim milk - 660l - skimmed cottage cheese - 108 kg
