JSC Voronezh Experimental Formula-feed Plant (JSC VEKZ) - one of the oldest enterprises of formula-feed branch of the country - is put into operation in 1936.
Now this steadily working profitable enterprise developing polnoratsionny, high-energy, with the set quantity of a protein of compound feed, balanced on mineral and amino-acid structure. Productivity of the plant on loose sterns makes up to 400 t/days, including 200 t/days of granulated.
At the plant production modernization is carried out. The line of friable compound feeds is replaced with modern processing equipment. Lines of input of liquid additives, the module of multicomponent dispensing on 12 complexes are mounted. As a result processing equipment allows to automate the line of loose forages completely.
Recipes of compound feeds pay off with use of the computer program for each consumer taking into account numerous factors: breeds of animals, cross-country of a bird, efficiency level.
When calculating a compounding the actual quality indicators of raw materials, but not tabular data are used. All compound feeds are enriched with premixes which are produced by JSC VNIIKP on a full compounding, including all complex of vitamins, amino acids, enzymes that allows to improve nutritional value of compound feeds significantly.
