The on-off AC339 installation for welding of ring seams (automobile wheels).

The AC339 installation is intended for automatic MIG/MAG of welding of wheels of the average sizes for combines DON 680, 800, 1500, 2600, and also the T155 and T158 tractors. Installation is executed in the form of the cabin closed from three parties by an opaque protection. In installation combination of operations of loading unloading of products on one position with their welding on another is carried out. Loading of the welded product is carried out manually by means of the sharnirno - balansirny manipulator. For safety of the operator installation is equipped with a safety barrier which excludes traumatizing the operator at turn of a table (time of change of positions - 5 c).
