Owing to what ore is favorable for its enrichment on distribution T_o2i R2o5mezhdu ilmenite, apatite and other accompanying minerals, and the minerals composing ore are characterized by various density, electric and magnetic properties therefore ores are legkoobogatimy. Ore is easily split up and crushed.
By results of researches by Metso Minerals firm the scheme of enrichment which provides release of apatite according to the magnetic and floatation scheme and ilmenite - on a magnetic electric circuit is developed. Extraction T_o2v an ilmenite concentrate made - 82,3%, and extraction R2o5v an apatite concentrate - 79,5%. Extraction of dioxide of the titan in an ilmenite concentrate practically does not depend on a mass fraction of dioxide of the titan in initial ore.
Analog of ores of the Nosachevsky field, in technological parameters, are ores which are processed at concentrating factory "Titania" (Norway) - only in Western Europe and the producer of titanic concentrates, the fourth on output. Ores of the Nosachevsky field more favorable for enrichment and therefore only magnetic and electrostatic separation reaches higher technological rates, than on the field - analog. Besides, ilmenite of the Nosachevsky field has a big mass fraction of T_O2, than Norwegian, and at the expense of it, the received concentrates have big mass particle T_o2pri of identical degree of an izmenyonnost of ilmenite (FeO/Fe2O3 relation).
On a chemical composition the apatite concentrate is rich phosphorus-containing raw materials and on all indicators meets requirements of the European Economic Association concerning receiving on its basis of fertilizers.
