                                               PREGEFLO CH 40 (E1422)

The modified starch (acetylated starch adipat) cold swelling.

It is used for production of fruit fillers, sauces, creams.

Does not demand heating to be ideally suited as a thickener for stuffings, creams and other products containing water, it is applied when using cold technology.

Modified (cross and connected, stabilized and prezhelatinizirovanny) corn starches of food quality. These starches possess resistance to change of cycles of freezing thawing and increase period of storage of ready-made products under low-temperature conditions. Starches increase viscosity of a ready-made product and improve its consistence, provide resistance to effect of acids and intensive mechanical influences. Application:

  • products of a deep freezing and canned food with long period of storage;
  • salad gas stations with the low content of oil, salad mayonnaises, tomato sauces;
  • the preserved or frozen fillers for pies, creams, etc.
  • fruit jams and stuffings;
  • dairy products.
