The mixing and charging MSZU-15-NP-K car - is intended for

• deliveries to places of production of explosive works of VV (explosives) of factory production
• deliveries of the unexplosive components loaded on stationary point
• production of the granulated explosives
• production of VV (explosives) like heavy ANFO in various percentage ratios of an emulsion and ammonium nitrate (50/50, 35/65, 30/70, 25/75),
• loading by the prepared or factory VV (explosives) of wells by method "from the mouth" on open-cast mountain minings.

The bunker of the mixing and charging car consists of two isolated compartments (capacity of ammonium nitrate and an emulsion). In the capacity of an emulsion the possibility of opening of the hatch is provided in the capacity bottom to use this compartment for transportation of loose components. This design feature allows as in case of preparation classical granulated VV (explosives), and at preparation of various recipes of heavy ANFO, to use capacities of the hinged equipment in full - without loss of payload capacity of the mixing and charging car.

In distributing of the sleeves of high pressure suitable to mobile parts the chain from stainless steel for protection of RVD against mastications and sagging is used.

The car is equipped with krano-manipulyatorny installation and the lower side rotary screw for charging of several wells from one installation of the Mixing and charging machine on the block.
