Application: for protection against corrosion of steel fittings in concrete.

Description: IFHAN-80 – universal inhibitor (delay mechanism) of corrosion of the contact and migrating action. It is intended for prevention of corrosion destruction of the reinforced concrete designs operated in severe conditions and when carrying out rescue and recovery operations for "stop" of already current corrosion processes. At addition in concrete it is adsorbed on a surface of reinforcing steel, forms protective layers and considerably increases its corrosion resistance. When putting IFHAN-80 solutions on a surface of a reinforced concrete product, or addition of a preparation in the concrete used at repair work, a preparation it is absorbed in a concrete stone and, reaching fittings, stops its destruction.

Instructions to application: The technology of application IFHAN-80 depends on a specific objective. For impregnation of finished reinforced concrete products solution is applied on the concrete surface cleared of pollution with a brush, the roller or dispersion. Dosage of 0.3 - 0.6 l/sq.m. IFHAN-80 can be added with zatvoreniye water to the concrete used at rescue and recovery operations. Dosage of 1 - 3% of the mass of cement.

Release form: it is made in the form of solution and packed into polyethylene cans with a capacity of 50 l.

Expiration date: at storage in a tight container till 5 years.

Terms of delivery: parties to 100 kg are released from a warehouse in Moscow. Large numbers are acquired in 2-week time at 100% to an advance payment.
