We make everything – from non-standard hairpins and bolts, to large a metalwork with elements of boring, milling, etc.

At plant machines, including about ChPU allowing to carry out the following main operations are installed:

turning: dimensions of details of Ø 2500 x 10 000 mm, weight are up to 10 tons;

rotary: dimensions of details of Ø 1300 x 1 000 mm, weight are up to 1,5 tons;

cutting of teeths: the module – to 16, the mass of a detail is up to 1 tons;

milling: the course of a table 1 600 / 630 mm, the mass of a detail is up to 3 tons;

boring: the sizes of a rotary table 1 800 x 1 600 mm, mass of a detail are up to 10 tons.

Thermal enterprise capacities allow to heat products to 1200 ° C in the furnace with sizes of working space of 1200х1200х2000 mm under training in oil or in water in bathtubs dimensions in respect of 1500х1200 mm and 2000 mm in depth. There is an equipment for annealing, holiday, a sorbitization of products with a diameter up to 1000 mm.

We custom-make the following types of works:
