The machine for fixing of KRS

The machine for fixing of cattle is intended for fixing of an animal when carrying out zootechnical and/or veterinary interventions and to care of hoofs of cattle. Has modular execution and it is completed both with the manual drive of devices of fixing of an animal, and electric driving mechanisms. 

Depending on a complete set is issued in three modifications:

1. A basic complete set - the machine for processing of hoofs with the mechanical (manual) drive of raising of hind and forward legs, raising of a subchest belt and raising of back girths for a stomach;

2. An average complete set - the machine for processing of hoofs with the mechanical (manual) drive of raising of a subchest belt and raising of back girths, with electromechanical elevators of forward and hind legs;

3. A full complete set - the machine for processing of hoofs with electromechanical elevators of a subchest belt and raising of back girths, with electromechanical elevators of forward and hind legs.

At the request of the Buyer, on the basis of these models we can collect also other complete set.

Corrosion-resistant coating – galvanizing by an immersion method in a zinc bathtub. Machines with polymeric and powder painting which are also attractive to some category of Buyers are available.

On a complete set – both mobile, and stationary, universal are also simple in service.

Machines with electric lifting mechanisms are in addition completed with mechanical drives. In case of lack of the electric power or work in field conditions electric lifting mechanisms are dismantled and instead of them mechanical drives are put. All process of replacement will take less than an hour of time.

 Our production is protected by patents of the Russian Federation from any claims of the third parties. Production is tested with participation of Federal State Budgetary Institution Volga Region Zone Mashinoispytatelny Station of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Have the strong design which is quietly maintaining even intensive operation. Quality of production is confirmed by the certificate of conformity of the Customs union, the certificate of conformity of GOST 9.307-89 (a covering zinc hot). conforms to requirements of TR CU 010/2011 "About safety of cars and the equipment".

Machines are included in the list of the equipment for livestock production which acquisition is subsidized within the state program of support of dairy and meat cattle breeding; state support in the form of subsidizing of a part of interest rates for the attracted investment loans (the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of 24.01.2017 No. 24).

Production - serial, machines always is available. It means that the money invested on purchase of the machine instantly will give positive effect and will pay off within 2-3 months.

Let's organize delivery to the regions located in a radius of 2000 km. For clients of more remote regions - we will deliver to branch of transport company in our city for the subsequent shipment.

Warranty period of operation - 12 months from the date of commissioning, but no more than 18 months from the date of sale.

Machines of a full and average complete set are in addition completed with mechanical drives.
