This macaroni liniy is intended for production and packaging in polypropylene packages from 400 grams to 1000 grams shortly - rezannykh of pasta. Productivity is determined by finished goods.

The macaroni line includes the following features:

• Automation of technology processes
• Pneumo - electronic system of dozation of raw materials
• Vacuum turbo batch (premikser)
• Vertical exit of products
• Regulator of turns of the main drive and drive of kneading machines
• Steam processing of pasta, both preliminary (after press), and finishing (after drying cell)
• The drying conveyor complex consisting of preliminary and main drying cells, and also revolving system of stabilization;
• Autonomous hydraulic system, tracing consumption of water and its temperature depending on purpose of use.
