The line of production of covers of hatches of gondola cars, the equipment for production of gondola cars, to Tekhvagonmash, Ukraine

The line consists of a site of assembly and a klepka, and a site of welding and control of hatches. At the beginning of the line the loading conveyor is installed. After the conveyor the manipulator of piece issue of sheets on a site of assembly and a klepka. The site of assembly and a klepka consists of the chain lifting conveyor on which places on assembly, a preliminary obvarka of sheets and a klepka of loops are located. On a position of a klepka the hydraulic riveting bracket and the electric furnace for heating of rivets is established. After an assembly site before a site of welding of hatches the manipulator and the buffer store is installed. The site of welding and control consists of the two-level chain conveyor, devices for an obvarka. welding positioners, sharnirno-balansirny manipulators and the single-tier conveyor uniting places for Quality Department, corrections of marriage and the place for laying of ready hatches in foot.

Principle of work
Work of the line is constructed by the principle of conveyor and line assembly.
At the beginning of the line the store (feeder) with the manipulator which of foot of preparations (sheets) on one stacks them on the assembly step conveyor is installed. On the conveyor the leaf of a cover of the hatch passes in turn positions of installation of loops, assemblies of hatches, the tilter for a preliminary obvarka, a position of installation of arms and a position of a klepka of loops. From the last position of the assembly conveyor the cover of the hatch arrives on the interoperational store or on the lower tier of the two-story conveyor. From the lower tier of a cover of hatches manually on rollers move to the welding devices positioners installed on both sides of the two-story conveyor. On them on each workplace the full obvarka of covers of hatches is made. After an obvarka by means of sharnirno-balansirny manipulators the cover keeps within on the top tier of the two-story conveyor. Then covers give on the conveyor of delivery of covers of hatches. On this conveyor the cover passes positions of control of Quality Department, tea leaves of defects and editing. The principle of operation of the conveyor of delivery is similar to the principle of operation of the assembly conveyor. Positions of control of Quality Department, tea leaves of defects and unloading are equipped with the rotary tables allowing to rotate a cover around a vertical axis. At the end of the line the manipulator allowing to stack covers in foot on eight pieces is installed. The store moves the created foot on an unloading position with all-shop transport.
