The line for production of khinkali

It is intended for production of semi - finished products with a stuffing: manti, khinkali - works with different types of forcemeat: meat, fish, vegetable, etc.
Consists of the dumplings device ST - II or HLT - 700/700XL and the device of diaphragm cutting of SB - 200 or EA - 100K which gives to a product final formuo to your discretion, automatic adding flour is provided.

FEATURES

• If necessary it is possible to install an additional nozzle on the dumplings device and to use it for production of pelmeni, vareniki or other products -
• The case and all parts of cars adjoining to a product are manufactured of corrosion - proof steel -
• The closed cooling cycle (flowing water is not required)

• The dumplings device ST - II has two independent drives with frequency adjustment on forcemeat and dough, HLT - 700XL – four drives: two on giving of forcemeat, one on dough and one on the conveyor (nozzle) -
• ST - II – is used three - blade farshenasos, HLT - 700XL – gear farshenasos.
