The ladle is foundry drum

The ladle foundry from the Toledo company is the qualitative, conforming to all requirements of industrial safety product which you buy for reasonable money and in the shortest terms.

At design of ladles the special attention is paid to their safety and usability to destination.

The control service of quality of the company conducts a constant control:

• the materials used at production;
• UZK-quality control of welding seams;
• assembly quality control.

The line of the ladles made by our company includes standard and non-standard ranks.

Standard number of ladles.

Ladles with a capacity from 60 kg to 25 000 kg enter a standard row.

Ladles with a capacity up to 160 kg are executed with a manual (lever) inclination of a bowl of a ladle.

Ladles with a capacity over 100 kg are completed with the worm self-braked reducer with transfer number, depending on the capacity of a ladle 1/50, 1/100 or 1/128.

• Conic ladles – ladles for the top pouring of metal (with slag), through a drain nose. In standard execution these ladles are made with a ratio 1/1,4 (height of a bowl of a ladle is 1,4 times more than its diameter at the basis) for pouring of steel and gray chugun, and also with a ratio of diameter to height from 1/1,8 to 1/2,4 for modifying of high-strength chugun
• Kettle ladles - ladles for siphon pouring of metal. Application of a siphon prevents hit of slag in a form in the course of pouring. Kettle ladles in standard execution are made with a ratio of a bowl of a ladle 1/1,4.
• Drum ladles – ladles for the top pouring of metal, through a drain nose. Advantage of this type of ladles - the minimum heatlosses of metal at its transportation and pouring. For convenience of lining, sidewalls of ladles have bolted fastening.
• Lock ladles – ladles for ground pouring of metal through a special opening in the ladle bottom. This type of ladles allows to refuse preliminary downloading of slag and to receive a better ingot since the slag layer in a ladle interferes with metal oxidation. The easy-to-control stopper allows to regulate pouring speed. Lock ladles in standard execution are made with a ratio of a bowl 1/1,4 and are calculated on the increased layer of slag of 10% of the mass of metal. The lock mechanism can be installed on ladles from 500 kg and above.

Non-standard number of ladles.

A non-standard row includes all types of above-mentioned ladles, but with the changed ratios diameter/height of a bowl of a ladle, with the changed ladle suspension bracket heights.

• Special ladles – this group includes ladles, for special technologies of pouring, ladles for bench pouring of metal, the ladles transported by floor transport, etc. Special ladles are made according to the specification coordinated by the parties. At design of special ladles all requirements of industrial safety are also considered.
