Isolate of soy protein - a product with protein content in dry weight not less than 90%. Dispersive properties and high content of lecithin allow to apply it by production meat - rybo-, dairy products and drinks. Powder does not form dust, has neutral taste, and a high nutrition value. It is made from the high-quality, not containing genetic changes soybeans.
Structure: The soy protein which is not containing sucrose, fats and fibrous inclusions.
