The assembly insert is intended for installation and dismantle of latches
and other locking regulating fittings. It is applied in water supply system networks
and pressure head sewerage.
1. The assembly insert represents a welded design and
consists of the case, a grandbuksa, flanges, branch pipes, rings lock
clamping and sealing.
2. By means of bolts with nuts the consolidation inhaling is carried out
on the necessary sinking of a surface of a branch pipe interfering
to water infiltration.
3. The assembly insert is established consistently in the pipeline.
Working sereda — water to 40 C
Working pressure — 1,0 MPas (1,6 MPas)

The type of welding applied at production of elements — manual electric welding.
Welding is made according to requirements of PTM 204
Data on test:
Welded seams are tested by a nondestructive method of defectoscopy. Ready
assembly inserts have to pass tests for durability and density
without gap together with the pipeline after installation
assembly organization with a trial hydraulic pressure of 2,4 MPas.
