The fuel filter additional 4326739 on Hitachi EX200 Excavators
The filtration of fuel is necessary for removal of particles of dust, dirt, the rust which is available in metal capacities where fuel, pitches which are formed the chemical processes resulting in fuel, and also water - condensate, a rain and snow, - getting to a fuel tank of the excavator when filling is transported and stored. Firm particles and pitches are postponed in thin channels of nozzles and jets, breaking work of a power supply system of the engine, water causes corrosion, and during the winter period - freezes in fuel-supply lines, interfering with start-up of a dvigatelyaekskavator. For each type of the engine different types of fuel filters are used. It is connected with the fact that these fuel systems demand different extent of purification of fuel, in them the different working pressure and fuel of different viscosity is used.
