Bag hoses the FREIR-30 type to FREIR-1100, with electropulse regeneration by productivity on purified gas from 2,2 to 85 thousand m ³ / h.
The principle of internal filtering is the basis for work of bag hose like FREIR. The polluted air from processing equipment comes on the gas flue of dirty gas to bunker part of the filter. At change of the direction of dusty air, coarse particles of dust settle in bunker part of the filter. The flow of dusty air due to the depression created by the forced-draft machine arrives in filtering sleeves where dust accumulates on filter fabric. The air which passed through fabric comes to the camera of pure air, and then is evacuated through branch pipe of purified gas on the gas flue.
At pass of dusty air stream through filter fabric in initial stage of operation of the filter, there is sedimentation of particles of dust on fabric fibers. Further on the frontal party of filter fabric the boundary layer from dust particles which do not get into fabric body begins to form. The formed layer begins to detain the dust particles arriving with pylevozdushny flow therefore its thickness gradually increases. Impermeability of the saved-up dust layer for again arriving particles explains increase of separation efficiency of gases from dust. Dust lingers on inside of filtering sleeves therefore resistance of sleeve (filter) increases. When it reaches extreme value, about 2000 Pas, the filter is transferred to the regeneration mode, i.e. sleeves are cleared of the dust which accumulated on them and at the expense of it operability of bag hose is recovered.
Electropulse regeneration of bag hoses with use of the electropulse Blow installation is applied.
The electromagnetic inductor will transform the saved-up electrical energy to kinetic energy of rectilinear progress, i.e. the electric impulse will be transformed to mechanical. Owing to action of mechanical impulse of sleeve are stirred up that leads to destruction of the caught dust layer on filtering material which under curb weight is showered in the bunker of the caught dust of bag hose. Availability in installation of power adjusters and pauses between impulses allows to pick up the effective mode of stirring of sleeves taking into account physicomechanical properties of the caught dust.
Automatic inclusion of system of regeneration through certain period or on achievement of certain value of resistance of bag hose which values it is specified during performance of balancing and commissioning is provided. Regeneration is carried out posektsionno at shutdown of intake of the contaminated gas through section by closing of throttle with the electric drive.
Lack of the rotating and rubbing nodes in bag hose allows to apply it in explosive environments.
