The figurative measuring RevX-track system for an engineering reverse

RevXtrak is system of measurement and system of tracking of an optical Infrared range. The optical scanner does not demand the external control unit, works at frequency of 4000 Hz and has modern convenient easy design. It is specially intended for mobile use at work or in transport. In revXtrak the system can be also equipped with the scanner and, thus, can be used optimum for 3D digitization.



General description of system
revX-Trak FreeScan consists the module of the scanner which is equipped with infrared radiators, and its communications with optical infrared measuring system. Thanks to integration into the linear scanner X-Trak, it is possible to receive three-dimensional values of the scanned surface and to use them directly for 3D inspection and CAD comparison, the return engineering and other types of analytical tasks. The block of the scanner can be moved freely manually without any mechanical restrictions. On the case of the scanner infrared radiators which to blink each three milliseconds are placed. The block of the sensor of a sensor reads out infrared signals and can precisely define 3D position of the manual device of the scanner or touch sensor. By means of dynamic calibration the scanner and the 3D block of sensors, work in the same system of coordinates. The block of the scanner and the 3D block of the sensor are synchronized with a joint trigger signal so that each line of the scanner corresponds certain X, Y, to Z coordinates. These values can be transmitted directly to one of several possible packages of application programs which work with revX-Trak.

Configuration of system
RevX-Trak ® FreeScan system consists of a sensor and the small module of synchronization of the scanner integrated with the block on which infrared radiators are located. Synchronization is carried out by means of a special trigger signal which is generated by the scanner depending on a preferable configuration. The block of the scanner and the module of synchronization are connected through USB with the computer or the laptop. All system copes automatically by means of the software started on the personal computer or the laptop. The system can be in addition completed with the probe of a tactile probe.



System
RevX-Trak FreeScan uses figurative, MicroEpsilon hand scanners now. Versions from scanCONTROL 2700-25 with the small line of scanning and high precision - first of all for the analysis of small details and the objects scanCONTROL 2700-50, for the return design of scanCONTROL 2700-100 with a little smaller accuracy, but very wide line of scanning. This system from scanning of the line about 150 mm, is ideally suited for large objects.

Software
RevX-Trak ® FreeScan of system have program interfaces with standard packages of the software. Complex decisions are developed for problems of the return engineering when data arrive from the scanner or from the touch sensor. Additional software solutions cover all range of tasks since dot interpretation of a cloud before creation of a polygon triangles or reconstruction of a surface for 3D problems of inspection and comparison of model with SAPR. The majority of software products offer direct interfaces of access and management to the main CAD systems. All results can be placed in specially developed system of reports or are transferred to a computer network of the company.
