Alloy of H23Yu5T is applied also to household appliances and electric devices of thermal action. Main technical characteristics: This alloy heat - resistant in the atmosphere oxidizing, containing sulfur and sulphurous connections, uglerodosoderzhashchy, hydrogen, vacuum, works in contact with high - clay ceramics, is not inclined to ulcer corrosion, is inclined to sagging at high temperatures, does not maintain sharp dynamic loadings. Fekhral of H23Yu5T, the international classification an alloy 875(W - KA1), contains 22 - 24% of chrome (Cr) and only to 0.6% of nickel (Ni). It is a zhelezokhromoalyuminiyevy alloy. Absence in large amounts of nickel does fekhral by cheaper material in comparison with nichrom. However, fekhral is less technological - it is impossible to make a thin wire of it. Two of these alloys are rather similar and have identical application. The most valuable physical properties of a fekhrala of H23Yu5T are the high electric resistance, small temperature coefficient of resistance, high resistance of corrosion in various environments and high heat resistance. The more diameter fekhral is higher than a wire of which the heater is made the its maximum working temperature. Production from H23Yu5T fekhrala (a fekhralevy wire) more zharostoyka, than production from X15H60 and X20H80 nichrom.
