It is intended for punching of through and deaf horizontal and inclined wells with a diameter of 95 mm, through horizontal and inclined wells with a diameter of 180 mm (with application of a dilator) in the condensed soil at bestransheyny laying of underground communications.

Consists of shock knot and a dilator by means of which the opening with a diameter of 180 mm is formed.

The shock knot of a pneumopunch consists of the case, the drummer moving in it, the on-off spool-type mechanism, allowing to change the direction of the movement of a pneumopunch, and the hose giving compressed air to a pneumopunch.

The mechanism of a reversal gives the chance to change the direction of blows of the drummer to the case and, therefore, the direction of the movement of the car, i.e. to return back it at a driving of deaf wells or in emergencies.

IP4605A is used for formation in soil of asbotsementny and concrete pipelines, concrete and reinforced concrete piles, loosening of packed bulk materials, and also for deep consolidation of bulk and sedimentary soil.
Restrictions on application:

1. When using the IP4605A car for work in the soil containing boulders with a diameter more than 150 mm, emptiness more than 0,5 m in size, the remains of building constructions and other obstacles, quality of performance of work is not guaranteed.

2. The IP4605A car is not intended for work in rocky and frozen soil.

3. It is not recommended to pass wells in loose and liquid soil. In such soil it is necessary to hammer steel pipes.

It is not recommended to work at a temperature of air lower than 0 and higher than + 45OC.

At the ambient temperature from +5 to 0 OS and high humidity it is necessary to apply a moisture separator.
