Universal electropulse installations are intended for knockout of cores of any durability and removal of the remains of forming mixes from castings of all groups of complexity weighing from 0,1 to 30000 kg in the conditions of individual, mass and large-lot production;

Type of the destroyed and crushed materials: rod and forming mixes (sandy-argillaceous, ZhSS, SZhS, ZhS, HT which are self-getting enough sleep corundum forms, etc.).
Universal electrohydropulse installations (EGU) are intended for knockout of casting molds and cores (casting cleaning) of any durability and removal of the remains of forming mixes from castings of all groups of complexity weighing from 0,1 to 30000 kg in the conditions of individual, mass and large-lot production.

Work of universal installations is carried out as follows.
Knockout of casting molds and cores from castings (cleaning of casting of rod mix) is carried out as follows: the castings which are subject to cleaning shop load-lifting means are loaded into a container and keep within in it according to flow charts. Their situation is transferred to the tracking mechanism screen, further the container with castings falls to the technological bathtub filled with water. On which the casing with the mechanism of movement of a working electrode is rolled. The working electrode is brought to castings and is established in the set processing point, high-voltage electric equipment turns on and there is their processing. Processes of accumulation of the electric power, maintenance of a working interval "an electrode - casting" and removals of slime limits of a technological bathtub are carried out automatically. After the end of processing the casing with a working electrode is taken away out of processing zone limits, the container rises in the top situation. The processed castings are unloaded and on their place crude are loaded. The cycle is repeated. Installations in the manual and semi-automatic modes, management - remote from the control panel work.
Now STC VEGA carries out creation of the third generation of universal EGU which have considerably smaller dimensions, are more perfect and reliable, less materialo-and power-intensive, do not demand tanks of settlers.
