The emulsion is paraffin

- Considerably effective gidrofobization of wood fibers (not less than by 6 times) thanks to the small size of firm particles. - Paraffin emulsions well mix up with pitches on the basis of a carbamide and melamine. Gidrofobiziruyushchy action of an emulsion takes place during pressing of plates in a hot state. The emulsion decays, and the melted paraffin accumulates and gidrofobizirut a plate. Use of special system of emulsifiers leads to the fact that the emulsion decays still before binding means hardens that provides more reliable protection before moisture. - The small size of particles (about 1 micron) promotes the best penetration of paraffin into wood fibers. - Use of a paraffin emulsion leads to reduction of an expense binding for 10-20% without deterioration in physicomechanical properties of plates. - Emulsions are not flammable.
