EZBS (fig. 1; a photo 3, 4) it is intended for creation of the hydraulic channel (microadit) between an oil (gas) well and productive layer by drilling of an opening (perforation) with a diameter of 20 mm and up to 0,85 m long in an upsetting column and bottomhole space.
EZBS can be used on wells with an internal diameter of upsetting column of 130 and 150 mm and walls up to 12 mm thick.
Advantages of use of EZBSEZBS, unlike cumulative perforation, provides opening of oil layer without deformation of an upsetting column and violation of integrity of a cement insulating layer behind an upsetting column.
EZBS provides oil from a well with the minimum percent of content of water in it.
After layer opening by the electrodrill EZBS there is no need for so-called "raskhazhivaniye" of a well for ensuring more effective oil recovery.
EZBS, unlike cumulative and hydraulic perforation, allows to open, including low-power productive layers with thickness from 0,4 m of ground waters in close proximity, excluding, at the same time, flood of oil layer.
After opening of EZBS layer from two to six times the debit of a well increases.
Work of EZBS
After lowering of the EZBS borehole device on a point of perforation its fixing in a well by means of a gear emphasis is made.
Then come a drill exit from the case of the conductor and drilling of an upsetting column at a small speed of giving of a spindle.
Further drilling of bottomhole space at a bigger speed of giving of a spindle is provided by accumulation of length of a boring column with the boring tubes leaving a kassetnik (fig. 1).
Upon termination of drilling a gear emphasis is involved and, thereby, for ensuring rise the borehole device rasfiksirutsya.
Time of drilling of one opening - within 45 minutes.
