Electrodes of MNCh - 2 are intended for cold welding, a naplavka and tea leaves of defects of casting in details from gray, high - strength and malleable cast iron. Welding of the first layer in connections with high requirements for density, and also welding of connections with increased requirements on purity of a surface after machining.
Copper - nickel electrodes for cold welding of cast iron of the MNCh - 2 brand are good the fact that nickel and copper do not dissolve carbon. The metal which is built up by means of electrodes of MNCh - 2 has low hardness (120 – 160 NV the third layer), is very well processed since these electrodes do not form the structures having big hardness after heating and the subsequent bystry cooling.
Copper - nickel electrodes of MNCh - 2 apply mainly to tea leaves of the foundry defects found in the course of machining of iron casting on working surfaces where local increase in hardness is inadmissible.
Current sort – constant.
Welding in the lower and vertical provisions of a seam a direct current of the return polarity ( + on an electrode).
Type of a covering – special.
Exit of the built - up % metal - 90
Expense of electrodes on 1 kg of the built - up kg metal - 1,5
Coefficient of naplavki - 11 - 12 g / (A * ch)
Temperature of calcination of electrodes before welding: 190C - 210C, within 1,0 hours.
Electrodes provide the built - up metal with high technological effectiveness when processing by cutting, and also corrosion - resistant in liquid hostile environment and hot gases.
