The principle of action of a drum - type drying AVM:
It is that fuel is combusted in the heat source ( produced by the evaporation of moisture needed for energy ) and mixes with air in the desired proportions. Thus formed desiccant which is fed to the drying drum by the fan. The receiver dryer drum by a scraper conveyor or pneumatically (depending on the type of raw material) is supplied feed. Feed rate into the drum is adjusted so that the moisture of raw materials at the outlet of the drum is maintained at a predetermined level. The drier dries the raw materials to a moisture content of 6 - 10% and is removed therefrom cyclone. The moist air at the outlet chimney cherezh discharged into the atmosphere, dried raw material is separated from the spent drying agent and through vane feeder is fed to the consumer.
