The drainage distributing device for HVO filters

Our enterprise manufactures assembly distributing devices of different function (lower, top), a different design and a complete set without use of slot-hole caps (method of a shcheleniye of beam pipes). Cracks are applied directly on a pipe by means of the laser.

The drainage and distributive system is applied as the distributing device in ionite and osvetlitelny filters, provides uniform collecting the conditioned water and uniform distribution on the section of the filter of wash water and compressed air.

Our devices possess a number of advantages before other existing designs:

- significant increase in service life of the equipment in connection with high corrosion resistance of stainless steel;

- simplicity of assembly;

- lack of welded seams;

- possibility of the gradual transfer to more economy counterflow mode of an ionirovaniye.

Calculation of necessary density of a shcheleniye of "beams" is made proceeding from the necessary productivity and speed of washing of the filter. Production and delivery of NRU is made as on standard, serial filters, and according to drawings of the customer.
